General information and conditions regarding the long-term rental
Price includes bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, electricity, gas, heating, water, apartment liabilities (utility costs) and agency's provision.
The cost of telephone use: according to the price list.
Internet and TV are free of charge.
Payment for the final cleaning at the departure is obligatory. The price is for standard final cleaning and includes wash of bedding and towels at the departure. The surcharge for additional cleaning of kitchen (dirty dishes, glassware, cutlery, tableware, etc.) is 48 EUR - the surcharge for additional final cleaning at departure is charged according to the price list.
Reservation amount: 1 monthly fee
Reservation conditions: the accommodation can be rented or reserved as long as it is available and no reservations have been confirmed for it. The reservation can be confirmed after the completion of the payment for the reservation or after authorizing us with the use of credit card details for the payment of the reservation by providing us with the type, number, control number and expiry date of the credit card.
Guarantee amounts to 1 monthly fee.
Canceling: in case of cancellation the reservation fee is not returnable
Additional payment:
- Fast cleaning and wash of bedding during the stay of the guests
- Garage or parking space - 150 €
- Pets by arrangement
- Self service breakfast - 10 €
- Late arrival between 21:00 and 24:00 - 21 €
- Night arrival between 24:00 and 07:00 - 38 €
- Additional equipment and services at request from the TOUR AS offer
Payment conditions: Pre-payment of the guarantee and of the first monthly fee for the accommodation at the arrival. Monthly payments are done for a month in advance.
Manner of payment: in cash, by bank transfer or by Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit card. All services are to be paid in EUR.
Guest is obliged to comply with the rules and house order laid down in the guestbook. Any caused damage shall be charged according to the pricelist.
Arrival: from 14.00 to 18.00, unless the tenant arrives on some other beforehand appointed time.
Departure: until 12:00 am.
For certain rental cases, different conditions of residence can be negotiated as stated in this general information and rental conditions regarding the long-term rentals.
Remarks
* Subject to “General Notices and Conditions of Stay” stated below the table. In case that the validity of General conditions is not marked, this is subject only to “Specific General Conditions of Business Operation and Rental” stated at the presentation of each real-estate.
* Internet – broadband service or cabel connection. Computer equipment is not available. In other apartments, where there is phone connection, internet access can be arranged by a prior request.
* Use of garage or parking lot against additional payment.
