This friendly and comfortable vacation rental on Potrceva Street is situated approx. 2 km away from main square in the historical centre and only a few minutes away from the main Medical centre. The apartment is on the 1st floor with no elevator access.
This apartment has a bedroom with bed (140 x 200 cm) together with living area with sofa, which falls down to a bed (120 x 200 cm), writing desk. In smaller bedroom there is single bed and writing desk. Kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, toaster, wash and dryer machine and big refrigerator, in the bathroom there is a bath tub. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access. There is a public payable parking space in front of the building.
There is also one (free of charge) bicycle available for the guests.

Monthly expenses are already included in the rental.
Payment for the final cleaning at departure is obligatory: 70 €
'First breakfast' package in the apartment; 10 €/1 person, 5 € for each additional person

Really well equipped apartment, the only thing we missed in the kitchen was a can opener - other than that everything has been good here. The bicycles were very handy, the location of the apartment is convenient. We have enjoyed our visit, thank you for your friendless.

Thanks a lot for your nice and comfortable house. We enjoyed staying here.It's fully equipped and not far away from city centre. The only thing is that for 4 person is little bit difficult to decide the place of sleeping. But the rest is perfect! Hope to be back here, specially during summertime.
