This comfortable apartment is located on Stihova Street in Zupanciceva jama in very quiet area, approx. 1,5 km away from main square in the historical centre and just a step from the Gospodarsko razstavisce (main fair & exhibition ground), nearby is a large playground for the kids and central wine store. Apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator access.
This apartment has a bedroom with two twin beds, wardrobe and writing desk. There is one further single bed in the living room, where is also a comfortable sofa which falls down to bed (160 x 200 cm) and enclosed balcony. The kitchen is separated and has electric and gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave, all the needed cooking utensils, cutlery, toaster and small dining table. In the bathroom there is a bath tub, washbasin, toilette and washing machine. In the hall there is a spacious wardrobe. The apartment is equipped also with iron along with ironing board, hairdryer, towels, bed linen, CATV, telephone, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access.
The payable public parking is in front of the building.

Monthly expenses are already included in the rental.
Payment for the final cleaning at departure is obligatory: 70 €
