This studio on Neubergerjeva Street is situated in a quiet neighborhood Zupanciceva jama; about 15 minutes walk from the historical city center and just a step away from Gospodarsko razstavisce (main fair & exhibition ground).
The studio has a double bed 160 x 200 cm, living area with sofa, dining corner and kitchen area with stove, oven, dish washer and big refrigerator, bathroom with shower and washing machine, balcony. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, stove, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, CTV, free broadband and WLAN internet access. Towels and linen are also provided. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator access and has a parking space in the underground garage (150 € / month) or public parking space in front of the building. It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment!
